When your the “family’s DJ” — you can imagine the awesome!
How many times can you possibly hit it out of the park for one particular group?!
I’m not sure what the final answer is, but this was Number 4 for these awesome people! ☺️
Liana LaVecchia & Kim Willard exchanged vows on the gorgeous grounds of the Galloping Hill Golf Course in Kenilworth, NJ. I was there right from the start providing a musical backdrop and tech support to make sure it went off perfectly!
Guests were then taken to their Cocktail Hour, where they were greeted by a beautiful spread and even better bar! All the while, their musical tastes were driving the atmosphere as I provided their audio landscape for every section of the affair.
When that ballroom was revealed, it was draped in gorgeous uplighting and given a touch of visual energy via our perfectly-programmed Intelligent Lighting setup. Attention to detail, for me, is one of the most important qualities that will distinguish fantastic wedding entertainment from … well, “good enough.”
This is the fourth wedding I’ve had the honor of playing for in this group. You can see Rebecca & AJ from 2013, Eileen & Pete from 2010, and the ones who started it all, Michelle & Dave in 2009!
Is there anything better than seeing previous couples who’ve trusted me with their day in past years, celebrating again with their friends on their wedding day?
I’m pretty sure the answer’s no. ☺️
Enhancements provided by me and SCE for their celebration included:
– Music and Production: Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Reception
– Intelligent Lighting- Option 1: two professional fixtures for spotlighting and visual energy all night
– Uplighting, Constant: the ambient perfect color to compliment their palette
Liana & Kim were sweethearts to work with, and it was amazing seeing so many familiar faces. Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of this celebration!
