We started planning for this over two years ago!
No, seriously!
When Lauren, Anthony, and I met to chat about their day, it was April of 2014.
Their celebration date was June 2016.
That’s amazing!
Why would a couple book so far in advance?
Lauren Somma & Anthony Genovese came to me by way of Lauren’s brother and sister-in-law, who reserved me for their wedding a couple of years ago. They knew who and what they wanted, and they wanted to make sure to have it. One of the biggest advantages of using a full-time event professional like myself and having a staff like SCE Event Group behind him, is that you know we’ll be around for a long time! Booking way in advance and taking a breath assures a smooth experience!
This awesome group celebrated with Lauren & Anthony at the beautiful Crystal Ballroom in Freehold, NJ. It started with my producing their Cocktail Hour to reflect their personality and taste.
The ballroom was draped in color via Uplighting, and the dance floor was accented with 4 Intelligent fixtures at opposite ends of the room. Additionally, the Multimedia component added a wonderful personal touch as I displayed pictures of our couple and their friends through the years, and even showed some candid snapshots we grabbed as the party evolved! Awesome.
A personalized and customized Monogram finished off the room by “signing the dance floor.”
Finally, words are so important. So, thank YOU, Lauren and Anthony, for saying such wonderful words about me and your experience. I am humbled.
Enhancements provided by me and SCE for their celebration included:
– Intelligent Lighting- Option 2: four professional fixtures for spotlighting and visual energy all night
– Dynamic Color-Controlled Uplighting: coloring the walls, adding ambient light, and synchronized to our Intelligent Lighting, this really is awesome!
– Snapshot Photo Booth: Celebrity Lounge with Guest Book
– Monogram Projection: customized for my couple
